Trump Appointed Judge Eric Komitee Conspires With Democrat Mayor Adams And The City Of NY Lawyers To Deprive City Employees Of Their Constitutional Rights

Bowie, Maryland, November 4, 2024 – After Dr. Jay Varma’s admission about his pandemic sex parties, and one day after Mayor Adams’s criminal indictment, on Sept 25, 2024, New York Eastern District Judge Eric Komitee, who was the Former Hedge Fund General Counsel for Viking Group, the group that invested $500M in the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine, conspires with the City of New York Lawyers and Mayor Adams by dismisses City Workers’ Fraud case against the City and the Mayor Adams, to cover up his own financial dealings with Moderna Technologies, who manufactured one of the vaccines the city workers lost their jobs for refusing to take. To stop this cover up, today, Attorney Jo Saint-George of the Women of Color for Equal Justice Law Center filed a Judicial Complaint against Judge Komitee in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals seeking Komitee’s impeachment for not only conspiring against the City workers but for also committing fraudulent concealment against the American public when he refused to make disclosures during his Senate nomination to the bench in 2019.

The Judicial Complaint charges Komitee with deliberate failure to recuse himself from the City workers case against the City when he had previously served as the general counsel for Viking Group and managed the joint $500 million dollar investment in Moderna, when he knew his own interest conflicted with the City’s workers case 22-CV-02234. Rather than recuse himself, Judge Komitee let the City and Mayor off the hook for civil liability for a proposed class action lawsuit by hundreds of city workers who have been locked out of their jobs without pay, stripped of their retirement and health benefits for over two years. Despite the fact that Judge Komitee was provided clear and convincing evidence of over 200 cases demonstrating that NYC’s top lawyer and the Mayor conspired to deprive City workers of their first amendment free exercise right to refuse the Covid-19 vaccine, a right protected by the OSH Act, Judge Komitee refused to hold hearings on the City workers “Fraud on the Court” motions that proved the City lied that the vaccines were “necessary” when OSHA standards and medical experts explained that it was impossible for any vaccine to prevent the spread of the airborne disease because vaccines can’t filter out communicable airborne hazards from the atmosphere. These frauds on the court and against the public are felonies under 18 U.S. Code § 241.

Not only did the City commit fraud, Judge Komitee fraudulently concealed his financial interest in the outcome of the case, his top secrete insider knowledge about the Moderna controversial mRNA vaccine technology and his ownership interest in the Moderna mRNA vaccine that the City workers refused to take. Nothing in Judge Komitee’s Court financial disclosures from 2020 to 2022 revealed any connection between him and Moderna and nothing in Judge Komitee’s Senate Confirmation background check mentions his direct oversight of his company’s investment in Moderna. Based on Federal Rule 28 US Code 455, judges are required to recuse themselves when a judge has personal knowledge of disputed evidentiary facts concerning a case and when the judge’s impartiality might reasonably be questioned, particularly when the judge has a financial interest in the outcome of the case.

Attorney Saint-George has filed a motion to vacate the dismissal, and she has filed a Judicial Complaint with the Second Circuit Court of Appeals seeking impeachment of Judge Komitee. This is a fight for all Americans’ right to refuse the tyrannical mandates of any employer that seeks to force any medical treatment onto employees under the guise of “workplace safety”. Attorney Saint-George concern is that if these constitutional rights are not protected, employers who are now pushing employees to take drugs like Ozempic and requiring construction workers to wear hard hats that contain brain scanners, will next force employees to put chips under their skin on threat of losing their job. With the election in hours, Attorney Saint-George wants to know which candidate will drain the swamp of corrupt judges.
